You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The "Garbo" name and logo are trademarks of Garbo.
By submitting feedback or suggestions to us, you grant Garbo a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback in any way, including incorporating it into the product, without any obligation to you.
In the future, when the Garbo app launches, users will be able to submit content (photos, profile information, messages, etc.). When you submit content to Garbo, you:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garbo and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garbo and its founders, officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@garboapp.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
